Menu: October 5 Thali Tuesday

(a thali (tah-LEE) is a round tray made up of a selection of different indian dishes)

CHOICE OF THE FOLLOWING
turkey kofta meatballs
green tomato masala, tadka raita, pickled apple
OR seafood molee 
mussels, shrimp and chatham cod in an aromatic keralan coconut curry
OR wild mushroom biryani cake
wild rice, toor dal, horseradish raita, shaved brussel-kohlrabi salad

EVERYONE WILL RECEIVE
green papaya and mango salad
green chili, toasted peanuts, lime-jaggery dressing, crispy rice, chutneys, yogurt
butternut squash shorva
madras curry, maple syrup, toasted pepitas, jalapeno crema
curried brussel sprouts
red onion, shaved apples, pecans, curry-lime butter
basmati lime rice
curry leaf, chana dal, mustard seed, turmeric
apple-pear chutney
jaggery, rice wine vinegar, aleppo chile
ghee toasted boondi raita
cucumber, mint, yogurt, garam masala
curried cauliflower paratha
hand rolled griddled bread, ghee, sea salt
