(a thali (tah-LEE) is a round tray made up of a selection of different indian dishes)

chicken almond curry
house made raita, cumin, pickled red onion, radish
OR pan seared chili shrimp 
green mango-mint chutney, kohlrabi, micro cilantro
OR local ipa brined paneer tikka
spicy tomato chutney, grilled oyster mushrooms, cilantro

jaggery, rice wine vinegar, aleppo chile
