Menu: November 16 Thali Tuesday

 (a thali (tah-LEE) is a round tray made up of a selection of different indian dishes)

CHOICE OF THE FOLLOWING
braised chicken almond curry
house made raita, cumin, pickled butternut squash, radish
OR pan seared chili shrimp 
green mango-mint chutney, kohlrabi, micro cilantro
OR wild mushroom biryani cake
wild rice, toor dal, horseradish raita, shaved brussel  salad

EVERYONE WILL RECEIVE

spiced pecans, green mango, pear, chutneys, yogurt, puffed rice
aloo gobhi
cauliflower, masala spiced fingerlings, caramelized onions, madras curry
dal makhani

basmati rice, cashews, shiitake mushrooms, coconut, cardamon
apple-raisin chutney
jaggery, golden raisins, red chili, cinnamon, apple cider vinegar
