Menu: November 2 Thali Tuesday

(a thali (tah-LEE) is a round tray made up of a selection of different indian dishes)

CHOICE OF THE FOLLOWING
indian lamb egg curry
lamb keema wrapped egg, 100 almond curry, apple-almond salad
OR vermicelli crusted shrimp 
tomato coconut broth, cilantro, green chili, radish kosambri
OR paneer tikka masala
roasted red peppers, pickled red onion, cilantro-yogurt chutney

EVERYONE WILL RECEIVE
roasted butternut squash chaat
sprouted chickpea, jicama, radish, cucumber, chutneys, yogurt
punjabi style cabbage
peas, ginger, curry-lime butter, mint
dal tadka
ghee toasted chana dal, spinach, cumin, cilantro, jalapeno
quinoa pilaf
golden raisins, cashews, pomegranate seeds, masala roasted pears, sweet potato
apple-walnut chutney
jaggery, golden raisins, red chili, cinnamon, apple cider vinegar
lemon-chive raita
lemon oil, cucumber, mint, cilantro
spiced roasted parsnip-potato paratha
hand rolled griddle bread, ghee, sea salt, curry leaves, cumin
