(a thali (tah-LEE) is a round tray made up of a selection of different indian dishes)

turkey kofta kebab
coconut-kokum sauce, radish kosambri, lemongrass, micro cilantro
OR tapioca fried fish cake 
curry-yogurt dressing, masala potatoes, pickled root vegetables
OR masala spiced squash
